Eddy Kouadio

Eddy Kouadio is Monza's Bronze Prospect. The 20-year-old is finding his feet on loan from Fiorentina. He is still waiting for his first piece of senior silverware, but the young defender is actively building his body of work and adapting to top-flight demands.

The sample size is small but highly encouraging. With 351 minutes spread across four appearances, Kouadio is firmly in the emerging category for this campaign. Our verdict on his Defense dimension shows a player reading the game well beyond his years. He has already earned the INTERCEPTOR badge, stepping into passing lanes and breaking up possession for fun. His form is on a sharp upward trajectory. He is shaking off any early nerves and starting to dictate terms at the back. Every single minute on the pitch is a crucial lesson learned. He relies on sharp instincts to recover the ball, rarely caught out of position despite his relative inexperience. He is passing these early tests with undeniable confidence.

Valued at €2M with a stable trajectory, the stakes are clear for the loanee. A successful spell here could secure his future in Florence or put him squarely in the shop window.
