Nathan Mendes

Nathan is establishing himself as a reliable Bronze Squad Player for EC Vitória. Currently on loan from RB Bragantino, the 24-year-old is steadily building his body of work this season. Our verdict is that he provides essential depth and tactical versatility as he adapts to his new environment, determined to prove his worth beyond the substitutes' bench.

The underlying numbers show a player carefully calibrating his game to the intense demands of the division. With 315 minutes played across four appearances so far, he is accumulating essential match experience without being rushed. This limited sample size is precisely why his reliability status is still emerging, but the early signs point to a highly disciplined approach. Operating without the pressure of being the main protagonist, he has kept a clean slate with zero goals and zero assists in his last five outings, prioritising positional safety over risky attacking ventures. While his overarching statistical footprint is understandably still developing, the most encouraging takeaway is his current trajectory. He is noticeably on an upward trajectory and finding his rhythm, demonstrating that he can seamlessly slot into the manager's tactical setup whenever the squad rotation demands it.

Evaluated at a stable €1M in the current market, the stakes are crystal clear for his loan spell. Proving his reliability on the pitch could be the catalyst needed to secure a permanent starting berth and accelerate his long-term career trajectory.
